Hello! I am Alba Sánchez!


I began my dance journey by training classical ballet for 13 years. I started training Latin dance styles in 2011 and, with my partner Ronald, have won national and international competitions since 2014.

In 2015 I opened my own dance school in Alicante (Spain,) where I teach Bachata and Salsa Lady Style classes over the week. Over the weekends, we have the opportunity to teach our style “Estilos Unidos” at festivals all around the world.

Module 1

From basic to intermediate


In this first module, I’ll show you some of the sequences and steps that I usually use for salsa social dancing. It is important that, before starting lesson one, you watch the Quick Guide (Class 0) that I have prepared for you so that you have some notions of the steps that we are going to use.

The level will increase and it is very important for both me and you that, in each of the classes, you broaden your knowledge and improve your movements so that, at the end of the module, you see there has really been great improvement both in your technique, as in your musicality and style, and that you’ve progressed in level.

Module 2

Live class!

Girls! This is my favorite time! I will be able to connect with you and transmit all of my energy.

I will teach you new steps and answer all of the doubts and questions you’ll have.

The live classes will be held when the course has already progressed so that we can all take advantage of much more and you can ask more questions that will come up as you go through the classes.

Module 3

 Is this course for complete beginners?

If you are totally new to the world of dance, I do not recommend it, since it will cost you a lot and you will not feel comfortable with the level. If you have ever danced another style or have a basic level of salsa, this course can help you improve, although some classes may be more difficult for you. But you can pause and repeat as many times as you want, as well as ask questions about both the chat and the message on Instagram or the live show that we will have.


 Can I connect from any device?

Yes. Once you buy the course, you will have a username and password with which you will be able to access the classes at any time and from any device.


 I don't have much time to practice. Will it work for me?

The course is made for you to practice at least twice a week. The classes usually last about 35-40 minutes, so in the worst case scenario, you will only have to invest 40 minutes twice a week. Although I would like you to practice more both at home and at parties (when we will finally be able to go to socials😫.) If you will not be able to do a class, nothing happens, you can do more classes the following week. They will always be available 24 hours per day, throughout the year.
